So many people ask me all the time, ” Don’t you ever get sick of working out”, but I have to honestly say NO!.. Don’t get me wrong, there are days where I get up in the morning, and would rather be at a shopping mall, or hanging out with my kids for that hour, but the way I look at it, is that I have to have the energy, and the strength as I get older. , and the way I feel after a workout enhances my moods, and overall makes me a better mom. Believe me, as soon as you get in that gym, or get done doing that yoga session, or even going for your runs, you will be glad you did it! Some things to motivate you are:
– Imagine how great you will feel after that 30 min-1 hour workout, and how much more energized you will feel.
-Make a date with a friend to get to the gym and do a workout session together!
-carry a photo of you that motivates you, such a swimsuit that you want for summer.
-get on the stair master or treadmill to watch your favorite show, instead of begging on the couch to do it.
-go buy a great workout outfit , so that you feel good when you workout!
These all will help you reach your workout and fitness goals! Believe me… your worth it!!
