GREEN DRINK OF THE WEEK: CUCUMBER BLISS

This green drink will especially help you keep you full through out the day!

1 whole cucumber , peeled and chopped

2 handfuls chopped kale

2 celery sticks, chopped with 2 lemons, 1 teaspoon fresh ginger

Frozen watermelon ( 2 slices)

 

 BLEND WELL.. REFRIGERATE WHAT YOU DONT DRINK!
