Best healthy banana bread

Ok everyone.. I’ve had some emails on if I had any good ” sweet healthy recipes, and I’m hear to say , that yes! This banana bread recipe is exceptionally tasty , and on the healthy side! It has a delicious moist taste, and is one of my favorites! Check it out:

-2 cups flour
-3/4 cup sugar
-1 tsp. baking powder
-1/2 tsp baking soda
-1/2 tsp salt
– 1 egg
-3/4 cup skim milk
-1/4 cup applesauce
-11/2 cup mashed potatoes

Preheat oven to 350, and grease your loaf pan. Mix together all the dry ingredients in one bowl, and mix all the wet ingredients in another bowl. Add both mixes together and stir. Put bread in loaf pan and cook approximately 50-60 min. Start checking color at aroun 45 min. Always use a toothpick to check the center to make sure it’s done. Let the bread cool 5-10 min., and yummy!!! It taste amazing with coffee…

Great 15 min workout for the Busy person!

-50 jumping jacks

-30 high knees

-30 butt kicks

-10 lunges ( per leg)

-35 tricep dips( per arm)

-REPEAT 3 times!! Great workout for the busy person. You can fit this in before work, after work, or if you are stuck in a rut, and feel you don’t have the time for a full workout!
