-50 jumping jacks

-30 high knees

-30 butt kicks

-10 lunges ( per leg)

-35 tricep dips( per arm)

-REPEAT 3 times!! Great workout for the busy person. You can fit this in before work, after work, or if you are stuck in a rut, and feel you don’t have the time for a full workout!
