Spinach , tomato and pasta

Toss 2 1/2 cups baby spinach with 11/2 oz diced part skim mozzarella. Add I chopped small tomato, 2 tbsp basil leaves, 1tbsp olive oil and balsamic vinigirette! Serve with 1 cup whole wheat spaghetti, and 1/2 cup marinara sauce. This is a great recipe loaded with good carbs, and is very nutritious.
