Chicken Parmesan wrap
Cook 1 chicken breast in oven on 350. For about 30-35 min until chicken is cooked thoroughly.
Take a small skillet, put 1 tbsp coconut oil in it, and lay whole wheat wrap in the skillet and brown on both sides.
Cut up chicken breasts and lay in the wrap. Layer with 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, and 1 cup ( warmed) marinara sauce. Can add 1/2 cup tomatoes .
This is a great low cal dinner with sufficient protein.
