Avocado & egg cups

These are amazing and quick! They are healthy and can be popped in the oven while you shower.

4 avocados
4 eggs
Salt & pepper
Toppings: green onions, tomatoes, feta cheese

Scoop the avocados and set aside. Take a baking dish and crack eggs and place eggs apart in the dish . Put the avocado on top and a dash of salt and pepper. Place in oven on 350 for 15-20 minutes until the eggs are do e and the yolk is done. Place any toppings listed on top. Amazing!!!!!! Enjoy!!!
