Want to save on calories? Some great ways!

Use tall slender glasses when drinking wine. Use definitely save on calories.

Drink herbal teas! It makes you feel full. Teas like mint & ginger are great for this and it flushes toxins.

Carry a snack with you. If you are attending a party, eat your snack before so you don’t feel like eating a bunch at the party!

Throw out leftovers! If you keep those leftovers , you are not going to be able to achieve your goals. Just adds excess calories! Throw them out!!!!
