If any of you are looking for a wonderful lettuce wrap recipe.. This is it! This is high in protein and has a great taste!
1 head of lettuce
1 cup low fat mozzarella cheese/ shredded
1.5 cups grilled chicken breasts
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
Take your lettuce and pull apart 6-7 pieces. Set aside. In a skillet, add a little coconut oil and grill chicken until it’s brown. Mix in Italian seasoning over the chicken. Once chicken is done, place in lettuce wrap, and top with cheese, and tomatoes! Great snack or lunch item. Enjoy! Keep up your protein intake!
