The term anti aging has become used quite frequently in today’s society .. Basically it’s a billion dollar word.. You see the word on the front of magazines.. Commercials.. Branding .. Everything… Well I have to say I hate it! It’s useless.. It doesn’t exist. If we weren’t aging.. We would be dead.. It’s used to often.. In an effort to make money on what some call.. Useless products.. Products that claim to take away wrinkles, let you have the skin you once did in your teens or twentys. What I do believe in is taking care of yourself as you age and feeling as youthful as you can as you grow older .. By exercising, eating healthy .. Taking vitamins, doing yoga,stAying active. Just because you reach a certain age doesn’t mean you can’t go out and dance, still have girls nights out, wear your favorite yoga pants.. It’s about being comfortable I’m
Your own body.. You OWN it.. Never let anyone tell you .. Your too old.. Some of the most beautiful people are in their 60’s and 70’s.. And what’s youthful about that age is the experiences they have had, the personality that they have created, the values & goals they have achieved . That’s what’s beautiful. ..
