Breakfast is so important for a number of reasons! First off .. Eating a great breakfast in the morning fills you up to where you aren’t wanting to munch on food all day. A healthy breakfast in good protein is the healthiest start of the day. It is a proven statistic that people who eat a healthy breakfast every morning seems to lose more weight over the year versus people that don’t. You need to fuel that body after sleeping all night. So eat those eggs!!!
