I’ve had so many women ask me what they could do to get more motivated to get the body they want. First off you have to want it. Want it enough to tell yourself everyday .. I’m going to do this. Set down and make out your weekly meal plans! It totally helps! Set up a schedule of what your workouts to be. Whether it’s 10 minutes or 45 minutes it’s more than what you were doing before. You are worth it!!! Make the change!! No better time than now!!
