A lot of people that I have talked to say that their biggest problem is they get up in the morning, and start off well with their breakfast , and then first snack but basically come home and are starving to death. The thing to remember is not let your blood sugar drop and keep that metabolism burning. The best way to do this is to eat every 2-3 hours. Not a meal every 2-3 hours, but in between eating healthy snacks. Here are some great snacks for you to snack on through the day!
Bananas, carrots & 2 tbsp hummus, apple slices with peanut butter( organic if possible) , Greek yogurt with berries, string cheese, celery with peanut butter, nuts, 1 cup oatmeal with almonds, boiled egg with a little pepper, . These are just a few! Keep going strong .. And you’ll get where you want to be. Another great thing to do is keeping a journal of what your eating. It will keep you in check on what your eating habits are! 💜good luck!
I know I talk about these a lot… But they are my fav.. It’s off they have 3 seperate pallets that go with different eye colors.. 2nd .. Who ever likes to travel with all their seperate favorite eye colors? This will travel lightly and it has all these amazing colors in one. Third… Urban decay makes some of the best makeup products… They last , they look lovely all the time.. The pallets are a bit pricey.. But if you look at what one eyeshadow goes for at sephora.. This is cheap!!!!
