Who doesn’t want to work for that great , toned butt? The older we get, the butt along with other things start to sag! We don’t want that!! There are great exercises to keep that butt tight , firm and toned. Some great exercises are the bridge.. You lay on your back with knees bent and pull your butt up then drop it back down.. Lunges are another great exercise. Try doing Atleast 20 lunges each leg . Forward and back ward on the days you do lower body.. Squats.. They totally will keep that butt tight and toned. Try for squats with weights 15-20 reps. If your not into strength training.. Do the simple walking.. ( at a faster pace of course).. You will be on your way to the nicest ass ever!!
