Who is feeling the craziness of the holidays?? I’ve always loved the holidays, but it does get a little bit crazy.. Cards, parties, shopping, eAting, and drinking merry seems to come all to quickly! The crazy thing is .. It all comes and goes .. In a flash.. Some things to remember over the holidays is .. Take time daily for exercise.. These calories in the food and drinks add up and getting your workout in will help with the normal holiday weight gain. .. TAke Atleast an hour everyday for ” me time”.. It is do important to be selfish a little… So much energy goes out trying to do things for other people… 3.. Enjoy… Take the holidays as a time of happiness& health& spending time with family and friends and keep the stress away! This year will be gone before you know it… Enjoy!!
Well it’s that time of the year again, and it’s time to give thanks for all we have in our life! I feel so blessed beyond words.. Not just for what I have in my life , but all of you followers who have made my blog such a success!
