You know every year .. People make out their goals& New Years resolutions or the things they want to accomplish.. Well that’s always a good idea., but you can always start now.. I know it’s hard with all of the drinking & eating and being merry.. But just taking steps to pace your eating and extra calories is great! For all of you who have emailed me on personalized workout & eating plans.. I’ll be doing that starting in February!
