I hear so many people say that for breakfast that they had their healthy yogurt with granola.. This is the truth.. Granola is not healthy.. I’m not saying their isn’t healthy recipes with coconut oil you can’t make for a healthier version.. But most store bought granolas are packed with sugar.. I haven’t seen a healthy version in the store yet.. I don’t even buy it for my house.. If you look at the ingredients and the labels, the sugar content is quite large.. If you need that granola , try making your own healthy version without the sugar added in it.. Your waistline will thank you later!!
