Aerial Yoga: Why I Love It!

I tried my first aeriel yoga class about a month ago, and I absolutely loved it! It’s definitely a class you have to get use to; but, on the upside (pun intended!), it’s an amazingly hard workout. Yes, your whole body is a little sore the next day; however, it is truly a great experience. And it’s fun!

It’s a workout that’s different from all other workouts. And the best part: It works your entire body, just as yoga does — and I have to say, it’s spiritually uplifting. If you love yoga, definitely give this a try!
