How to eat through the day!

Hi friends! I had an email sent to me this morning on how and what to eat through the day to not feel so hungry at night.. Well this chart will give you some insight on eating 5 small meals a day and the time fractions for each.. It’s so important to not spike your blood sugar and keep that metabolism burning all day.. Don’t eat 3 big meals.., add in your healthy protein snacks and your health foods throughout the day by cutting them into 5 small ones.. Here’s a sample!
