Want a healthy salad without all the preservative filled toppings on it? Well this is by far one of my favorite salads!
2 bunches organic parsley
4 organic Roma tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped organic green onion
1 cup organic cucumber
2 cups cooked organic quinoa
3 tablespoons lemon juice( from real lemons)
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/4 cup chopped organic dill
1/2 tablespoon finely chopped organic garlic
Chop parsley and tomatoes. Place in bowl with lemon juice and salt. Add all other ingredients. Toss. Last 3-4 days refrigerated!
