Green juice importance!

I know many people I know turn their nose at the term” green juice”, and think there is no way any type of vegetable juiced would at all be remotely good or tasty.. THEY ARE! You have to know how to make them the right way to get that taste just right.. I start my morning off every day with a blend of coconut water, wheatgrass, spirilina, banana, kale, spinach, cucumber, and celery.. And let me tell you.. It’s good! I add some ice, and a bit of lemon juice.. The nutrients your get from them are wonderful if you are the kind of person that doesn’t like to eat your veggies.. It’s wonderful for your skin also.. So take the plunge and make yourself a green smoothie Atleast once a day.. I know you will feel differences in your body, skin, mood, and your adding good nutrition daily!
