Great breakfast starter

This is a great breakfast starter for the mornings and it will keep you feeling full until mid morning.. If you start your mornings as early as I do!!

Egg & avocado on organic & rye English muffin

Fix an egg over medium heat , over a bit of coconut oil , and place on top of ½ English muffin and top with avocado. Add a hint of black pepper.

Great Breakfast Starter

This is a great breakfast starter for the mornings, and it will keep you feeling full until mid morning (if you start your mornings as early as I do, at least!).

Healthy Greek salad

Well Greek salad is my all time favorite salad.. But it’s important that you don’t get caught up in the fatty dressings .. This is the one I fix for my family and I and believe me .. It’s Delish..

1 bag of organic romaine salad
3 tomatoes diced
1 red onion slices
1 cup black olives
1 cup low fat feta cheese or feta cheese cubed
1 cucumber diced
2 avocados sliced

1 bag of organic romaine salad

I either use a organic fat free greek dressing or I mix 1/2 cup lemon juice with 1/3 cup vinegar and 1/3 cup olive oil
