Great Breakfast Starter

This is a great breakfast starter for the mornings, and it will keep you feeling full until mid morning (if you start your mornings as early as I do, at least!).

Fix an egg on medium heat over a bit of coconut oil, and place on top of a rye English muffin, then top with avocado. Add a hint of black pepper. Viola! Hope you like it.

    Yum! <3 I used to eat avocado on toast for breakfast all the time! This looks delicious!

        I will! 😀 Adding the eggs on top! I think it’ll be a great brunch for me!
