Well everyone needs protein in their diet, and it’s not just adults. As kids are as active as they are today. They need a good amount of protein from healthy sources. As a mother of two kids, both very active, I make sure they are getting adequate protein intake daily. They need it to keep up on practices, and to keep their body healthy and strong.
