Banana and Avocado Smoothie

This is a great smoothie to start off your morning. It is delicious and gives your body great minerals, vitamins, and plenty of nutrition.

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup non fat plain yogurt
  • 11/2 cups fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 1/2 cups ice
