Detoxifying Water

You’ve probably heard about the health benefits of drinking warm water with lemon first thing in the morning. Well, there is plenty of truth to that. You can also add cucumber, which has anti-inflammatory properties to your water. Mint is also great, because it adds some sweetness without all the sugar. My go-to is lemon as it cleanses and alkalizes the body, and is a powerful detox.

Try to do away with the coffee first thing in the morning and take up lemon water instead! Let me know how you feel!
