When starting a new or revamped workout routine, it can be difficult to figure out what you need to purchase at the grocery store. Every week, I will post a new healthy recipe and a green drink. Remember to eat every 2-3 hours when working out in order to rev up your metabolism and prevent your blood sugar from dropping.
Here is a sample grocery list of what’s normally in my fridge and pantry. These items give me the fuel I need to stay motivated and healthy.
* 100% whole wheat bread
* berries, strawberries, blue berries, black berries
* 100% nitrate free turkey and chicken
* skim milk
* 100% bran cereal
* vegetables: broccoli, mushrooms, asparagus,
* egg whites
* part skim mozzarella cheese
* spinach greens
* whole wheat English muffins
* 100 % steel cut oats
* cottage cheese
* low balsamic vinaigrette
What healthy items are on your grocery list? Let me know in the comment section.
The one thing I love about black is it goes with ANYTHING and EVERYTHING! Especially hot pink! I think that is why my closet is full of black. Check out this super cute pink skirt paired with the black top! Makes for a great date night.
Easter is tomorrow and it’s not fun not to throw yourself in the spirit of Easter by not having some beautiful Easter nails, right?! So I just had to post these super cute Easter nails! Will definitely have to try on my daughter!
Happy Easter weekend everyone!
If you have as many beauty products as I do, you’re organizing ALL THE TIME. This is the Tabletop Spinning Cosmetic Organizer by Lori Greiner, and it’s less then $30.00 from QVC. What a steal!
This book was one of the best gifts I’ve ever received for my birthday. Everyone who knows me understands how much I love fashion, so this was the perfect gift for me. Intimate Chanel: The Life & Legacy of Coco Chanel. Any of you fashion nuts out there — this book is calling your name!
