Kale and Pineapple and Cucumber Smoothie!

Hi, ladies!

I wanted to share an amazing morning smoothie recipe with you that will get energy levels up and your metabolism boosted! This is one of my favorites, and it tastes amazing. Let me know what you think in the comment section!

– 1 small cucumber chopped
– 1/2 cup chopped pineapple
– 1 cup kale
– 1 cup coconut water
– 1/2 cup ice
