It’s been all over the news and in health magazines galore: Soda is BAD. Well I’ve known for a long time, simply because the moment I stopped drinking it, my headaches subsided, my energy levels increased, and I lost weight.
Soda is filled with so many preservatives, which can wreak havoc on your health. Drinking lots of soda on a daily basis has led to tooth decay, an increased risk of diabetes, more headaches, and weight gain. There are so many more health drink substitutes out there that will help your health, not harm it!
Drink more water or tea. Water and tea have a great deal of health benefits! The best way is to simply try and cut back. Once you do that, the transition will be so much easier! In the long run, you will thank yourself.
