Egg White + Banana + Oatmeal

Hi, lovelies!

Do you need a great breakfast to give you fuel and energy to start your day off right? Here is a great recipe just for that! I eat this on my hardest workout days, and it’s delish!

– 1 banana
– 1/2 cup organic oatmeal
– 1/2 cup milk
– 3/4 liquid egg whites
– 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Peel and mash banana, then stir banana into remaining ingredients. Microwave for 30 – 40 seconds. Top with cinnamon, and enjoy!

    Never would have thought to put egg whites in oatmeal, but what a great way to add some protein!
