-1/2 can organic black beans
-1 tomato organic chopped
-2 oz lobster
-2 oz organic chicken
Sauté lobster and chicken on medium heat. Once done, add to your chopped tomatoes and black beans. Can add optional low skim mozzarella! Enjoy!

This is one of my all time favorite breakfast smoothies, and I had to share it with all of you! It’s packed with tons of nutrients and antioxidants, and it’s delicious! I try to make this at least three times a week for breakfast, and it fuels me for my workout.
-1 organic apple
-1/2 cup kale
-1/2 banana
-1 tsp chia seed
-1 cup coconut water
-1/2 cup ice
