This is one of my all time favorite salads, so I wanted to share it with you. I either add walnuts or flaxseed to change it up a bit. Enjoy!
-2 cups spinach leaves or romaine
-1/2 veggie shredded cheese
-1 cup cut strawberries
-1/2 cup flaxseed or walnuts
-2 tbsp. olive oil and vinegar
