I’ve had so many emails asking me what I feel a good “start out workout” would be. Well, as much as I want to give an answer, it all depends on you! What do YOU want out of your workout? Where do you want to be in six months? What are your strengths? Weaknesses? I tell all of my followers, if you really want to meet your goals, you have to WORK for them. It’s not about starting something for a week, then taking two days off to eat whatever you want. You have to have discipline, and in your mind, you have to want to meet those goals. I work out everyday. I do not take a day off, and believe it or not, I allow myself one treat a week. It can be a dessert or a favorite meal. I feel if you work all week for something, taking a day or two off will just ruin your hard work. I take clients who need nutrition plans made out, as well as fitness strategies that fit their needs.
