Every Friday is my day for legs. Since summer is on its way, I always start out with a 2 mile run to stretch out. I absolutely love running in beautiful weather, and I feel so rejuvenated once I run. I then workout my legs and back with a 45-minute workout that includes lunges, squats, and mountain climbers. I mix it up every week because I love change! I make it in twice a week to my local gym for spin class or KettleWorX which gives your legs an amazing workout. It’s no secret that having strong legs is vital as we age. It helps in preventing knee problems, keeps our muscles in tact, and helps with everyday living as the years go on.
