Crazy for Mangos

Lately, I’ve been adding a lot more exotic fruits to my diet, such as goji berries, star fruit, and lychees (which I absolutely love). One fruit that I cannot get enough of is the mango. I’ve recently tried a few new recipes with mangoes, and my family is loving them!

Mangos have been around for over 4,000 years, and it’s known as one of the most nutritious fruits out there. I love the fact I can add them to my salsa dishes and my fruit salads — taste is so amazing! They are loaded with nutrients and are low in calories, and provide a great amount of fiber to your daily diet. The next time you try a new fruit salad or fruit salsa, add a mango. You will be adding so much to your health!
