You know that I’m a smoothie freak, and I simply cannot get enough of them. This smoothie is what I call the “Glow Smoothie,” because within two weeks of drinking this juice, my skin was simply glowing. I drink this at least four times a week, and if I’m feeling hungry, I make this juice packed full of antioxidants and nutrients. You can substitute the coconut water for aloe water if you would like.
-1 cup spinach
-1.5 cups coconut water or aloe water
Blend with ice! You will love!
