Hi, beauties!
I wanted to share with you one of my all time favorite salads! It’s quite light, refreshing, full of antioxidants, and it’s delicious. You can add flax seeds or chia seeds also. I’m a salad lover, and I’m always trying new ones! This one in particular is cookout favorite.

-1.5 cups of mixed salad greens
-1/2 cup blackberries (sometimes I use blueberries)
-1/3 cup Gorgonzola (you can use blue cheese or feta if you’d prefer)
-1 apple, sliced
-1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette
Toss all together and enjoy!
Ugh, that looks so delicious!
