We all know how important it is to eat your greens. You can get your greens in so many ways, whether it be in a delicious salad, or throwing them into a juice or smoothie. One green that often gets overlooked is wheat grass. And I have a great smoothie recipe that incorporates wheat grass powder. Now, I know a lot of people cringe at the word, but I happen to love this powder! The first time I bought it, I was hooked. Wheat grass is so healthy in so many ways – it’s a great blood purifier and it fights signs of arthritis. So next time you’re at a healthfood store, why not pick up some wheat grass powder? -1 cup aloe water or coconut water
-1 small cucumber
