I wanted to share with you a great smoothie for breakfast, which includes the amazing green superfood, spirulina. Spirulina improves your blood quality, helps your immune system function better, and detoxifies your whole body. It’s a great plant-based protein that your body easily absorbs. Try this out some morning. It’s wonderful. You need to make sure to buy a good quality powder!

-1 cup coconut water
-1/2 cup avocado
-1 cup kale
-1/2 tsp spirulina powder
-1/2 tablespoon cacao nibs
-1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
-1/2 tablespoon honey

You can add in some berries and chia seeds too. Blend and enjoy!
