Happy Memorial Weekend, ladies!
I hope you’re all having an amazing weekend! With the holiday, there will sure be lots of cocktails and good food, so I hope you’re getting your daily workouts in so you can enjoy those things even more. You can use healthy substitutions with your recipes, and make healthy dishes. If you feel you have gotten off track a bit with your eating, jump right back on. Go take a run or a long walk. I had a late night last night, but jumped right up this morning to go for a run, and it felt great! Any little steps help when you know you’re going to have a celebratory weekend. Drinking lots of water helps – it fills you up and prevents overeating.
