I’m so picky about my breakfast choices. For one, I want something that is healthy after my warm lemon water. And two, I want plenty of protein and fiber pre working. One thing that I make for my kids before school is a fruit parfait. I love throwing different fruits together and adding a few nuts on top. So many of those fast food restaurant parfaits are made with tons of fat. I try to avoid those at all costs. I try to add two fruits and a little bit of Greek yogurt and top it off with walnuts or almonds. Check out this one:
-2 cups all natural organic Greek yogurt (plain)
-1 cup blueberries
-1 cup chopped mangoes
-Top with 1/2 cup walnuts! Voila!
