Happy Tuesday, ladies!
I want to share one of my daughter’s favorite breakfast delights! It’s full of antioxidants and it’s delicious! It really does taste like a healthy dessert.
-1.5 cups plain Greek yogurt
-1/4 cup diced strawberries
-1 small kiwi diced
-1/5 cup walnuts
-sprinkle of cinnamon (optional)
Take a parfait glass and put one cup of yogurt on the bottom. Top with strawberries then kiwi. Add the additional yogurt to the top. Layer the walnuts, then add cinnamon. Enjoy!
