Apple and Kiwi Smoothie

Hi, ladies!

Get your glasses out! I have a great afternoon smoothie recipe that is delicious and will leave you feeling rejuvenated! You are getting great antioxidants and nutrients in this smoothie. Enjoy!

-1 red apple
-1 kiwi
-1.5 cups coconut water
-1/2 cup spinach
-1 scoop spirulina

Blend with ice and enjoy!
