Two of my all time favorite fruits are pineapple and mangoes. Who wouldn’t love these two juicy beautiful fruits together as a salad. Well, I thought I’d mix them together and throw some lemon on top. Talk about delicious! For extra flavor, you could add some almonds and top with Greek yogurt to turn it into a quickie healthy dessert. My daughter thinks this is the best “dessert” and I love that there are ways to make healthy fun desserts without all the crazy sugar intake. Throw two of your favorite fruits together and you would be surprised how amazing it taste!
