I have to tell you that this summer has been off the charts busy, and yesterday was really one of the first Sunday’s that my whole family has woke up in the same house with nothing planned except Family. With the craziness of camps , sleepovers and play dates, I can’t tell you how wonderful it was, and I am looking so forward to the rest of an enjoyable Summer with my kids. I have to rave about the beautiful orchid my husband brought home for me, and if you do not know me by now, I have a weakness for flowers, especially roses, and orchids. It topped off my Sunday even more with great friends, food and wine in the evening. I do not want summer to come to an end, but it is moving quickly if you know what I mean. I’m so excited to bring you some great interviews I have been working on with some of the sweetest people.. So stay tuned for some amazing things to come to Fit and Bliss! 💕💕💕💕
Hi ladies! Hope your all having a great Monday! I wanted to share with you an amazing smoothie that both I and my kids absolutely love! It is loaded with antioxidants, and has a great taste! Blend ingredients and enjoy!
1/3 cup kale
1 cup aloe Vera water
1 small kiwi
Ice as needed..
We all know how crazy our schedules can be, trying to fit in everything we want to do or have to do, and it’s very easy to fall off track, or get sidetracked on our fitness routines. There are some great ways to stay motivated and keep going everyday to stay in shape and get moving.
– always try to keep a journal. If you are eating well, and feeling energized and great, you aren’t going to want to fall off the wagon. Looking in your journal, and seeing how you gave been eating and what you have been eating will keep you on the right track.
– try to avoid eating out at places that do not offer healthy entrees. One thing that happens to a lot of people, is they go out to lunch or dinner more often than not, and tend to eat fatty meals loaded with sodium. Believe me when I say this.. 90 percent of the salads offered, are not healthy! Try eating regular natural foods from home.
– mark out your day with one hour of you time. Take that one hour and go workout. Take a class, go for a run, or go take a yoga class. You are moving and that’s all you need.
– get a goal of what you want to achieve. Whether it’s a picture or something else, keep it close and work your butt off to get there. You can do it!!
