How many of you love a warm relaxing bath after a crazy chaotic day? A bath where you can sit for an hour and just take away all the mind craziness? Well if you are like me, I love a nice bath. Its no just a bath , but a ritual that calms the mind, and honestly sets you up for a great nights sleep. I have so many bath products, that I have given so much of it to my daughter. There is a few things that you can do to make that bath more calming, and to get the most out of it. If you have any dimmer lights, they are nice to use with a few candles. My favorite bath candles are the henribendel candles, which smell divine. If you have no dimmer switch, a few great candles will work out just fine. Do you have a favorite bath oil? Oils added to your bath, add so much moisture to the skin, especially in the winter, and help with drying out the skin. olive and m oils are my all time favorite, and they are all natural. While I add oil to my bath, I also add in a few lavender bath salts which helps draw toxins out of the body. If you are doing a cleanse, lavender bath salts are great for this. I try not to read or do anything that clogs up my memory. Doing this sometimes, can make it hard for you to fall asleep because your mind is racing. Great smelling bath products are a must for me, so I use jo Malone products. Once you get out, putting a natural oil on your body is essential for moisturizing, or a great body crème.
