Hi Ladies!

I wanted to share with you this amazing summer salad that is quite delicious, and super uber healthy. Some people cringe at the thought of putting a veimagegetable on a salad with fruit, but there is no better way to a great salad. This salad is a hit in my home because of the citrus taste to it. This salad was made for 1 person , but to make it for 2 , double everything in the recipe.

1 cup kale

1 cup mandarin oranges

1/4 red onion sliced

1/5 cup almonds optional

2 tablespoons sesame dressing ( low fat)

throw together and enjoy! It’s quite yummy!
