Green Delight . Always pumps up your morning

Hi Ladies !

Every morning , I’m sure if you are anything like me, you need your energy pumped for the day? Yes? Well, I do have my lemon water, and then I usually have a cup of coffee, or an espresso, or sometimes hot tea. I do start my mornings off with a great green juice that honestly, makes me feel great. I love adding a bunch of different veggies and fruits to mine to change it up a bit, so if you are a green juice lover, its always great to have your favorite fruits and veggies on hand. I always use either spinach or kale as my main ingredient, then add in my fruits. I do sometimes add in cucumber because I am a huge cucumber fan, and love the taste. This recipe below is one of my favorites, and ill be adding in a juice recipe every Friday for you to enjoy. This is full of great fruits , and loaded up with tons of vitamins.

1 1/2 cups honey dew chunks

2 kiwi peeled

1/2 cup seedless grapes

1 cup ice

1 tablespoon honey

1/2 cup coconut water

Blend and Enjoy!

      Yes and kiwi gives you many more antioxidants :))
