Good Morning!
I had posted last week that I would be putting up some really good smoothies that you can make at home, that has a ton of vitamins and minerals in them, and hopefully you will love them just as much as I do. This is the Cherry green Smoothie, and it has dark sweet cherries in them, ( which cherries are full of antioxidants). Blend and Enjoy!
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1 1/2 frozen dark sweet cherries
- 3/4 cup organic baby spinach
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed
- 2 teaspoons honey ( optional)
Combine almond milk, cherries, spinach, banana, flaxseed and honey ( if you use) in a blender, and blend until smooth . Serve immediately. This was a great recipe I found in my Paleo smoothie book ( http://www.pilbooks.com/cookbooks. You can find them online, or look for their amazing Paleo recipes in this book.
sounds delicious. I’ve gotten really into smoothies recently but haven’t tried a cherry one yet! xxx
