In some of my recent health posts , I have written about all the great benefits of the superfoods such as chlorella, spirulina, wheatgrass, ect, but one product that I would love to recommend is matcha tea. You would not believe all the health benefits from this amazing tea.

  • Enhances calm- L theanine in the matcha tea promotes alpha waves in the brain , which in response makes the body more relaxed. I know when I drink tea, I feel very relaxed.
  • Amazing flavor- this tea has the most amazing flavor, and is great with a little honey mixed in, to give it a little sweetness.
  • Improves cholesterol- anyone with high cholesterol should consider drinking matcha tea daily. Men who drink matcha green tea have an 11 percent chance less of developing heart disease.

The health benefits of matcha green tea are huge, and really is a miracle elixir, and is one of the most superb super drinks you can add to your health.. Drinking this daily , and doing away with your coffee is a great way to add health benefits in the long run. It has been shown to be protective of the heart, and lower blood pressure . I’d advise buying from a well respected tea brand to get the full benefits . Some teas aren’t made the same. A lot of teas can be ” cheap” teas , and aren’t as pure as others. Get some Matcha in your system.
